- Proud to call myself a MHFA
I have just joined a community of over half a million people in England who are trained to deliver mental health first aid and help others find the support they need. I now feel so much more able to spot the signs and know the right things to say and do. - Independent Trustee Role

- The wisdom of children
Painting with my preschooler, she had an important lesson for me, and that we don’t always get things right, just try again next time. We have a tendency to be hard on ourselves as adults, thinking we must be perfect to succeed. Please have a look at my post to see how my little one helped me put that in perspective! https://www.linkedin.com/posts/helen-moreton-46572231_growthmindset-resilience-parenting-activity-6817736325857341440-YfYd
